PU Resin SR-1200 is a single-component aromatic polyurethane resin formulated for premium synthetic leather top coating applications. It delivers a clean, matte finish with strong adhesion to base substrates and reliable resistance to hydrolysis and abrasion. Its controlled surface tension produces uniform wetting across the base layer, resulting in an even, streak-free top coat with consistent gloss across the full width of the roll. Application Method The resin can be applied by direct coating, transfer coating, or spray finishing after dilution. Recommended dry coating weight is 20–30 g/m² depending on the target hand feel. Drying and curing follow a standard two-zone profile, with full film formation reached after 24 hours at ambient temperature.
